First off it’s a complete nightmare to find parking here!! If it’s not the smalls garage that can only fit 4 cars it’s the parking lot going up toward the rehab center. Don’t even bother coming when it’s trash day because you will be stuck waiting to enter the lot let alone be able to leave the lot. Public restrooms are super small, it steels like there’s only a foot of space between the toilet to the wall. CNA’s here give me an iffy vibe, seen a CNA cross contaminate after helping a resident relieve himself using the same gloves and touching the doorknobs/other areas of the room. The shared rooms are a con as resident don’t have a whole lot of space, all there really is the bed, small cabinet next to them, and their tv. If you plan on coming here to visit with more than 2 people don’t even bother, not enough space in those rooms! The receptionist are super super kind and helpful and easy to get along with. Food definitely needs help..

I am deeply grateful for the staffs kind and consistent communication with me during my 75 year old brother’s end stage of life. I was 3000 miles away, but they went the extra mile to help me feel as if I was right by his side. His goal was to be rehabilitated, unfortunately his liver damage wouldn’t allow this to happen. We spoke daily, this was his favorite place, the best food, the best teck guy to help him with his computer or phone, the best pt group and nurses. He said the pt ladies were gently encouraging and he attended every session for weeks until he couldn’t. And when he couldn’t even talk anymore, these kind, compassionate ladies would go to his room, call me on his phone and place it on his pillow by his ear so I could talk to him. Because he was on oxygen, they would make sure I could hear his breathing as he would hear me talking.

My experience here has been more than great if I could put it in the words I would say a miracle when I came in I couldn’t walk I couldn’t do anything by myself but after a month being here and getting myself back together I can walk and I feel 1 million percent better. The staff here is out of this world especially a young gentleman by the name of Connor who goes over and beyond his duties to help families reconnect in very warm and loving environment I would suggested this facility to anyone who needs the acute care they provide.
